4,串串香
串串香,起源于四川成都,不仅是四川地区的特色传统小吃之一,也是草根美食最大众化的体现,串串香实际上是火锅的另一种形式,所以人们又往往称其为小火锅。
5,钵钵鸡
钵钵鸡是一种四川传统名小吃,属于川菜系。从清代流传至今已有上百年的历史。是以陶器钵盛放配以麻辣为主的佐料,加上多种调料的去骨鸡片拌和而成。
